What's up, Team? Today, I'm going to tell you how to make one of my favorite dishes (and the only one I know how to make)....

White Chicken Chili!
Serving size: 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs. of White Chicken Breast
  • 3 jars of 16oz Tostitos Mild Salsa
  • 2 Cans of white beans
  • A bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat water until it is at a boil.
  2. Place chicken gently in boiling water. Boil Chicken for roughly 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  3. After chicken is fully cooked, drain the water, remove the chicken, and shred it with a fork or knife.
  4. After chicken is fully shredded, place it in another, clean pot with the salsa, beans, and cheese.
  5. Stir mixture until boiling.
  6. Serve and enjoy your friends' and families' praise.

Chicken chili is chock full of healthy nutrients and protein. Even though the upfront cost of the meal is a little steep ($20ish for this recipe), the quantity is enough to feed a family for an entire week, so the cost is justified.
