Ham and Havarti Wrap

by Ivana Garcia

I know very well that sometimes it can be very taxing to get up and make a decent meal, especially when one can get so tired from doing homework or sitting in class all day. Usually, for me, the fix would be some sort of fast food like McDonald's or Burger King. However, we all know that these restaurants aren't the healthiest and that we could do better. After thinking of what easy meals there are to make on a lazy day, I decided that maybe a wrap would be best. After all, what college student wants to spend 30 minutes making a meal? Definitely not me. So here's an easy way to stop the grumbling in your stomach!

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of spicy brown mustard
- 1 soft whole wheat tortilla
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 tablespoon of shredded dill Havarti
- cheese
- chopped lettuce

Directions:
- Spread one teaspoon of spicy brown mustard on a soft whole wheat tortilla.
- Layer two slices of ham onto the tortilla.
- Add 1 teaspoon of dill Havarti on top.
- Add cheese.
- Add lettuce.
- Roll up and cut in half. Enjoy!
