Easy Trail Mix

Sometimes while studying, you'll want to have something to munch on. I, personally, am on of those people who likes to have a snack nearby while I study to help me focus better. Having something useful like trail mix around is actually helpful. It's also pretty easy to make and doesn't take long at all.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pretzels
- 1 cup of cheez-its
- 1 cup of cranberries (because I prefer them over raisins)
- 1 cup of peanuts of your choice (cashews, almonds, etc.)
- Feel free to add anything else you like!

Directions:
- Because this is relatively simple, all you need to do is put all of the ingredients into one bowl and mix it up. Simple, right?

Nutritional Value:
- Depending on what you add to your trail mix, the nutritional value will change. Therefore, I recommend adding some healthy choices to your mix.
- Peanuts: High in protein and vitamin E.
- Cranberries: Contain vitamin C and fiber.
