Recipe
Many college students are constantly on the go heading to class, the gym, study sessions, or the bar. A quick easy, and healthy, snack will fight that hunger crave. Apples and peanut butter are a classic healthy snack, but since one tablespoon of peanut butter contains 95 calories, those calories can add up especially when you are spooning it out rather than measuring it.
Here is a way to enjoy that creamy peanut butter taste without all the calories. This simple fruit dip is made with nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt, so it is sweet, low in fat, and full of protein, and tastes delicious. Warning: it is like crack, addicting!
